The aluminum blades

Blades are constituted)by extruded aluminium 6060 T6. They have a closed triangular profile. They are 100 mm wide and 50 mm high. Their weight is about 1,5 kg / ml. This represents a weight about 17 kg of aluminium in m2 of roof. So, this mass of aluminium insures a big resistance of the roof and absorb the noise in case of rain. Blades are insensible in the hail (thickness of walls: 2 mm)

 

 

The reach of blades is 4 metres. For this length, with an overload snow of 60 kg / m2 (that is a layer of 30 cms of snow with a density of 0,2), the arrow is of l / 200'eme of the reach, that is 2 cms. This corresponds to the standards for a roof of a building. These values relate to a closed roof. The constraints are widely situated in the beach of elastic deformation of the metal. The roof is constituted by prefabricated panels realized by means of blades welded on central girders. Every panel possesses 5 blades of the height and 5 blades of bottom. The first panel possesses the motorization of the roof and all the cablings are already realized. The following panels are hung on(collided) end to end and are pulled by the first panel. The operations of assembly are thus very limited. This conception of construction also allows to defuse easily and quickly panels in case of intervention.

All the elements mechanic welded by the roof are aluminum thermolaqué.

 

The motorization of modulation of the period of sunshine

 

Motorcycle-reducer of modulation is of mark MINGARDI MAGNETIC. He works under continuous 24 volts and has a 24 watt power. He pulls trammels also of mark MINGARDI MAGNETIC. Every roof possesses two trammels of modulation fixed by every quoted and connected mechanically between them to obtain a symmetric push on blades.

 

 

 Motorcycle-reducer of distribution is of mark CROUZET. He works under alternate 24 volts and absorbs a 7,2 watt power. The engine turns in 250 tours by minutes and the exit of the reducer is 6 tours by minutes. These slow speeds give a big silence of functioning and assures(insures) a couple raised(brought up) for an engine of weak power. He pulls trammels identical to those used for the modulation. Every roof possesses two trammels of distribution connected between them mechanically to obtain a symmetric push on the roof.

 
The electronic piloting

The electronic card was specially developed for the roof.
The purposes of running are leading mini-contact breakers CROUZET.
The transformer 220/24 volts is supplied in a case to part which did not rise on the roof.

 
The rainy detection

The rainy detector is of mark SOMFY. He provokes the closure of a contact which is passed on at your choice electronics of piloting of roofs.

 

                                            

 

 

The elements of movement and gliding
 
The in and out movement is made by pebbles acétal in two stainless rows working dry. The dynamic load is 50 kg by pebble. There is a pebble approximately every 40 cms of every quoted of the roof. They are of mark SANARTECH.

The movement of modulation is made by gliding of the blades of the height on those of the bottom(stocking) by the intermediary of skates of gliding in PTFE in charge of 25 % of carbon (produced LUBRIFLON). They are specially adapted to work in outside. They are of mark ANGST + PFISTER.

The side guide for the movement of distribution and modulation is also made by skates of gliding in the same material as previously.

 
The joints

 

Joints allowing the waterproofness when the roof is closed are in EPDM resisting to UV. Their temperature of use goes of-30°C in +90°C. They are of white or black color. They are of mark ANGST + PFISTER.
